What data is available for stores?
Each ecommerce platform exposes different information, so the information available for a store depends on the ecommerce platform that is uses. See below for a table showing the attributes available for stores on each platform. The full definition of each attribute is available below the table.
When looking at a store, you can also hover over the name of an attribute to see the definition of a field.
List of alternate DNS domain names that refer to this store. Alternates are identified as other DNS domain names that point to the store through canonical links or redirects.
A list of apps installed on the store (e.g., "Privy"). Apps are installed through the ecommerce platform's App Store. As a result, we also display information about the app (e.g., # of reviews and average rating).
Average Product Price
The average price of products sold on the store (in the store's currency).
Average Product Weight
The average weight of products sold on the store (in grams). Note: some merchants do not configure weights on their products.
A list of the store's categories. Categories represent the stores's industry vertical (e.g., "/Apparel/" or "/Beauty & Fitness/Face & Body Care")
The city of the store (if known). This value is often the city of the associated merchant's headquarters.

Contact Page URL
The url of the store's contact page (if any).
The language of content on the store's website.
The store's country of operation. A small percentage of stores do not declare a country or are not country-specific (ie. they sell to multiple countries) and these stores do not have a country.
The date at which the store was created. It is hard to know exactly when a store was created so this represents our best guess. For stores created after July 2018, the creation date is based on when we first discovered the stores, which tends to be very close to the actual creation date. For stores created before July 2018, we use a heuristic that includes historic DNS and WHOIS data, which provides a reasonable approximation of creation time.
The 3-letter ISO currency code used by the store. Available for all Shopify stores. Also known for some BigCartel, BigCommerce, EasyStore, Magento, Mercado, Rain, Salla, Shopcada, Shopline, Tiendanube and Zid stores.
A text description of the store. Generally used to describe the goods and services provided by the merchant.
The DNS domain of the store (e.g., www.fashionnova.com).
A count of the number of ecommerce domains associated with the same merchant. For instance, if a merchant has stores running on www.merchant.com, www.merchant.co.uk and au.merchant.com, then domain count will be set to 3.
The number of people working at the company that runs the store. This attribute is only known for a small subset of stores.
The estimated total monthly sales for the merchant in USD. How estimated sales are calculated.
A list of features enabled on the store. Possible values:
- Contact Page
- Tracking Page
- Returns Page
- International Shipping
- Wholesale/Retailers Page
- Financing Page
- Store Locator Page
- Storefront API
A list of IP addresses for the store's domain.
The name of the ecommerce platform's pricing plan that the merchant was previously using. This is useful when looking at transitions between pricing plans.
Last Plan Changed Date
The date at which the store last changed pricing plans on the ecommerce platform.
The name of the ecommerce platform that previously powered the domain. (e.g., "Shopify") Only available for stores that have changed ecommerce platforms.
Last Platform Changed Date
The date at which the domain changed ecommerce platforms. Only available for stores that have changed ecommerce platforms.
Text describing the full geographic location of the store (if known). This value is often the city/state of the associated merchant's headquarters. e.g., "Los Angeles, California"
The meta description tag from the domain's home page.
The meta keywords tag from the domain's home page.
The name of the merchant that is selling on the Domain (e.g., "Fashion Nova").
The name of the ecommerce platform's pricing plan that the merchant is using if known. (e.g., "Shopify Plus") For Shopify, we are only able to identify Shopify Plus stores.
The name of the ecommerce platform that powers the domain. (e.g., "Shopify")
The name of the store's "platform domain". Some ecommerce platforms provide a unique internal domain (e.g., merchant.myshopify.com) that is associated with each store. Merchants can use this domain for their store but most choose to purhcase and register a custom DNS domain.
The rank of the Domain against all other Domains on the same ecommerce platform. How rank is calculated.
The number of images associated with all products sold by the store. Includes the # of images created in the last 30, 90 and 364 days. Only available for Shopify stores.
The number of variants associated with all products sold by the store. Each product typically has multiple variants (e.g., small/medium/large) Only available for Shopify stores.
The number of different products sold by the store (ie. the number of distinct products in the merchant's catalog). For Shopify stores that are not using a headless implementation, the count is precise. For all other stores, the count is an estimate based on the number of pages on the website.
The "world-wide" rank of the Domain (across all supported ecommerce platforms). How rank is calculated.
Retailer Page URL
The url of the store's retailer page (if any)
Social Media and Contact Information
A list of contact information available for the store. This includes email addresses, phone numbers and social media accounts. For social media accounts, we also track:
- Number of followers
- Rate of follower change over 30 and 90 days
- Account name
- Account URL
A list of alternate sales channels used by the Domain. Can include values like "Etsy", "Amazon" and "Handshake".
The list of shipping carriers that the domain uses to ship physical goods (e.g., USPS, Fedex)
Ships to Country
The list of countries to which the store ships.
The state/province of the store (if known). This value is often the state of the associated merchant's headquarters.
The state of the domain. Can be one of the following values:

Store Locator Page URL
The url of the store locator page (if any).
The street address of the store (if known). This value is often the street of the associated merchant's headquarters. Only available for about 1% of stores in the database.
A list of tags associated with the domain. Can be one of the following values:
- Print on Demand
- Trending on Facebook
- Trending on Instagram
- Trending on Pinterest
- Trending on TikTok
- Trending on Twitter
- Trending on YouTube
- Dropping on Facebook
- Dropping on Instagram
- Dropping on Pinterest

A list of third-party technologies installed on the store (e.g., "Google Analytics"). Third-party technologies are like apps, but are not installed through the ecommerce platform's App Store.
The name of the theme running on the store if any. (e.g., "empire")
The style of the theme running on the store if any. (e.g., "Industrial")
The vendor of the theme running on the store if any. (e.g., "Pixel Union")
The version of the theme running on the store if any. (e.g., "2.4")
Theme Change Log
A timestamped log of changes to the store's theme.
The number of distinct vendors of products sold on the store.
The zip/postal code of the store (if known). This value is often the state of the associated merchant's headquarters. Only available for about 1% of stores in the database.
