Store Reviews
Ecommerce stores often use customer reviews as social proof for their brand and products. Shoppers use this information to help inform purchase decisions. However, review information can also be a useful signal for the size and quality of an ecommerce store. Our customers have often asked us to pull reviews into our database.
We've just added review summaries from JudgeMe, Loox, TrustPilot, Okendo, Stamped, Reviews.io and Yotpo to the Store Leads database. These summaries include the number of reviews that customers have left for each store along with the average rating. This information can be seen in the Store Leads website, included in CSV exports and retrieved from our API.
Use advanced search to find stores based on the number of reviews and/or average rating. You can search for review count and average rating for each review vendor separately, or you can use the Combined Store Reviews (#) and Combined Store Reviews (Average Rating) filter to search across data from all review vendors.
As an example, the following filters return all stores that have at least 100 reviews with an average rating of 4 stars or higher.
