What to do if my email verification code does not work?

If you're having trouble using an email verification code to log into Store Leads, then problem may be caused by a few things.

  • Store Leads requires javascript to be enabled in your browser, so if you have disabled it, it will need to be enabled to proceed.
  • Some browser extensions may interfere with the log in process. If you're using browser extensions, consider disabling them (or using a different browser) to see if that solves the problem.

If that doesn't work, we recommend logging in through Google, LinkedIn or Facebook. Those login options don't use an email verification code so you shouldn't run into this issue.
