Salesforce API Call History
Salesforce has a limit on the number of API calls that each customers can make. Customers can purchase additional API calls if they require more capacity. We're often asked how many Salesforce API calls Store Leads has performed. While this information can be retrieved through the Salesforce Admin site, it can be difficult to find the correct reports (or, worse, your Salesforce account may not be allowed to access that information).
To make things easier for our customers using Salesforce, we've just added reporting on the number of Salesforce API calls that we make. This information can be found in the Store Leads Dashboard under the "General" tab of the Salesforce integration page.
As a bonus, we've also added a list of Bulk API jobs that Store Leads has submitted to Salesforce. Store Leads uses the Bulk API when enriching records in Salesforce. Clicking on a job reveals the exact list of records that were successfully enriched. It also shows errors (if any) that Salesforce reported while processing the batch. This can be useful when debugging enrichment issues.
