Shopify App Reviews are now available in the Store Leads API. There are 2 ways to retrive App Reviews:

• Retrieve all Reviews for a single App

  This endpoint is useful if you want to see all reviews for a given App in the Shopify App Store.

• Retrieve all Reviews for a single Merchant

  This endpoint returns all reviews left by a given merchant (identified either by their main domain or their myshopify.com domain).

As an example use case, if you're are a Shopify App developer, these endpoints can be used to pull reviews into your CRM or support tools to determine if a merchant has left a review for your App.
