Integration Error Emails
CRM integrations are one of the most popular features on Store Leads. When customers configure integrations with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce and Outreach, Store Leads will automatically enrich CRM records.
For the most part, this continuous enrichment goes smoothly, but what happens if something goes wrong? Sometimes the CRM has record (or field) validations enable that reject some updates. For instance, Store Leads may be trying to write a value to a Salesforce picklist field that does not allow the incoming value.
Fixing these issues is important, otherwise we may be unable records in your CRM. You can visit the Integration page in the Store Leads dashboard to see a list of recent integration errors. While helpful, that's a tedious manual process that is easy to forget. To help, we've just added a feature that sends a daily email of the errors we've seen in the last 24 hours when interacting with your CRM. To enable this email, visit the Integration page and enable the "Send Daily Integration Error Email" option.
