There are close to 11,000 apps in the Shopify App Store. With Store Leads, you can unlock the power of researching review listings in the Shopify App Store, giving you the ability to access and analyze feedback for specific apps.
What can you do with this data?
- Identify and Address Negative Feedback: Pinpoint stores that have left low ratings (1 or 2 stars) for your app, and set up a workflow that can alert your support team to engage and address their concerns, turning a negative into a potential positive.
- Monitor Churn Risks: Alerts for medium-star ratings (3 or 4 stars) can be set to inform your Account Management team about possible churn risks, allowing for proactive engagement.
- Spotlight Positive Reviews: Enable automatic notifications to your marketing team when a 5-star review is posted, which can be used for promotional activities.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze review trends to inform product updates and feature prioritization, and gauge customer sentiment over time.
- Prospecting: Discover stores that have left a specific review rating on specific apps, and automatically send these stores to your CRM or export this list of stores from Store Leads.
- Sales and Marketing Intelligence: Prepare for sales calls or tailor your prospecting efforts based on what merchants have said about other apps that are relevant to you.
- Encourage Reviews for Your App: Find stores that are using your app and have left reviews on other apps. Merchants who are already in the habit of leaving reviews might be more likely to leave you a review as well.
- Expand App Insights: Discover merchants using apps not yet tracked by Store Leads' "Installed Apps" filter. Although, if you'd like us to add tracking for installs of an app that we're currently missing from this filter, please don't hesitate to let us know—and we can look into tracking installs for them as well.
